Many hundreds of visitors at the Öalcher Easter fire

The Öalcher Easter fire on the Wolfskaute (Alchen sports field) attracted many hundreds of visitors this year again, despite the relatively cold weather. Early on Saturday evening, the TuS opened its sales booths in and around the club house, where, in addition to numerous cold drinks, crêpes in numerous variations, bratwurst, currywurst and french fries were also offered. The youth board also distributed a small Easter present to all the children. As dusk fell, the pile of wood piled up by numerous helpers in the morning was ignited, which burned deep into the night under the supervision of Alchen's fire fighters and, thanks to the illuminated trees, offered the onlookers a great atmosphere to ring in the Easter celebrations. "We are very happy that so many Öalcher and foreigners have found their way to the Wolfskaute for our traditional Easter fire! Special thanks go to the many helping hands who have set up the sales booths since this morning and also operated them during the event", Stefan Tschersche (press officer) was very satisfied in the evening.
