The TuS, which started planning the expansion of the club house more than a year ago, received the building permit for the extension a few weeks ago and also the promise of subsidies, which made it possible to implement the measures this year despite the increased construction and ancillary costs. In the coming months, with considerable personal contribution from the members and with numerous campaigns to raise donations (notes for bricks), an additional changing room and an office will expand the current premises on the Wolfskaute, especially the new changing room for the many youth teams and the women's team of the football department has become urgently needed. A few days ago, the first work was carried out with the digging of the foundation trenches and as soon as the weather conditions allow, the base plate will be poured and the further construction phases will be prepared. "We are very happy that we can use the funding to build the urgently needed extension and thus provide our young footballers and the women's team with new and modern rooms in a few months," says the second chairman Ralf Tschersche.
